As you start to run larger programs you will want to talk with the team leaders before programs start in their area. This is hugely helpful in helping them be ‘on board' and ahead of their teams before the initial workshop. It also gives you terrific insights into their needs and ambitions before the program starts.
We recommend setting up 30 minutes a week or so before the program so you can use it to ‘warm them up' as well as to gather information you need to prepare for the program.
Gerard has developed a one-page interview guide to guide these conversations: 2015 May pre-program interview guide for faculty to use with team leaders.
